1-st Method - (Without any additional software installation from Prof Julie)
First create the dummy server: Tap Start > Settings > Connections tab > Connections icon Tap "Add New Modem Connection" Type "Dummy Server" or some such name for the name of the connection, Select Cellular Line (GPRS) (or something like that, as the modem, then tap Next Leave Access Point Name field blank, tap Next Leave User Name, Password, Domain fields blank, tap Finish
Set the dummy server as your default data connection: Tap Manage Existing Connections Change the option from "Auto Pick" to "Dummy Server" Tap OK and exit out of the Connection Settings
When you want to use the real GPRS/Edge/3G connection on the device: Tap Start > Settings > Connections tab > Connections icon Tap Manage Existing Connections Tap & hold your stylus on the real Edge Connection settings until a popup menu appears and tap Connect.
2-nd Method - (FREE Utility NoData from MoDaCo - Disable GPRS connections) Download nodata.cab and install on yours mobile device; Run program NoData; Select a connection then press "Toggle" to change state;

For those Hotmail users among you, here are the settings you will need to set everything up: POP server: pop3.live.com (Port 995) POP SSL required? Yes User name: Your Windows Live ID, for example
This e-mail address is being protected from spambots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it
Password: The password you usually use to sign in to Hotmail or Windows Live SMTP server: smtp.live.com (Port 25 or 587) Authentication required? Yes (this matches your POP username and password) TLS/SSL required? Yes How to setup Hotmail POP3

This guide will teach you how to add installer sources in your Installer. Step 1: Go to your Installer and press the button that says "Sources" in the bottom right hand corner. Step 2: Next you should see a button that says "Edit" in the top right hand corner. Press "Edit" and then in the top left hand corner you should a button that says "Add". Press "Add" and then a pop-up window will appear.  Step 3: You should see a window on your screen that says "Add Source". For example, you should type this in the pop-up window: http://i.unlock.no. Then click "OK".  Step 4: Now you should see your sources refreshing. After they are done refreshing, you will now have a new folder in your Installer. If you added the http://i.unlock.no source, then you will have a new folder called "Unlocking Tools".
